Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
General
You can cancel/amend your bookings online. Navigate to My Bookings, and Sign In / Log in using the same mobile number used to login at the time of booking. Select the relevant booking from the list and click on the relevant option, such as Cancel / Reschedule, etc.
Unless Tripozo explicitly acts as a reseller in certain scenarios, Tripozo always acts as a facilitator by connecting the User with the respective service providers like airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators, railways, etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). Tripozo's liability is limited to providing the User with a confirmed booking as selected by the User.
Any issues or concerns faced by the User at the time of availing any such services shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. Tripozo will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence on part of any Service Provider.
Unless explicitly committed by Tripozo as a part of any product or service:
  1. Tripozo assumes no liability for the standard of services as provided by the respective Service Providers.
  2. Tripozo provides no guarantee with regard to their quality or fitness as represented.
  3. Tripozo doesn't guarantee the availability of any services as listed by a Service Provider.
By making a booking, User understands Tripozo merely provides a technology platform for booking of services and products and the ultimate liability rests on the respective Service Provider and not Tripozo. Thus the ultimate contract of service is between User and Service Provider.
User further understands that the information displayed on the Website with respect to any service is displayed as furnished by the Service Provider. Tripozo, therefore cannot be held liable in case if the information provided by the Service Provider is found to be inaccurate, inadequate or obsolete or in contravention of any laws, rules, regulations or directions in force.
In case service is rendered, any amount paid towards Booking fee, Convenience Fee, Service Charges and Payment Gateway Charges are not refundable.
Cancellation of tickets can be done either through the User's login in the Tripozo's website or mobile application. However, any amendments are subjected to the terms of concerned Service Provider such as airlines/hotel operator/Indian Railways/bus operator, etc.
In the event of cancellation, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment as per payment gateway guidelines.

Policy for Flight Booking Service
Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Tripozo receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Tripozo paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.

All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Tripozo, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Tripozo service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.

The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Tripozo will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, Tripozo will credit the money to the same debit card.

In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.

For flight booking cancellations, Tripozo levies a cancellation processing fee of Rs 250 per passenger per segment for domestic sector and Rs 350 per passenger per segment for international sector. Remember that, this is in addition to the airline's own cancellation charges. If you make an amendment to your booking, we charge an amendment processing fee of Rs 250 per passenger for domestic sector and Rs 350 per passenger for international sector. Tripozo's fees are standard across all airlines.

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using Tripozo Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

Refund Timeline for Flight Bookings: Refund is processed within 2 working days or after receiving actual refund amount by the airlines whichever is later. In some cases it may take upto 7 -15 working days.
Policy for Hotel Booking Service
Tripozo acts as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book a particular hotel through Provider. Hotels in this context includes all categories of accommodations such as hotels, home-stays, bed and breakfast stays, farm-houses and any other alternate accommodations.

All the information pertaining to the hotel including the category of the hotel, images, room type, amenities and facilities available at the hotel are as per the information provided by the hotel to Tripozo. This information is for reference only. Any discrepancy that may exist between the website pictures and actual settings of the hotel shall be raised by the User with the hotel directly, and shall be resolved between the User and hotel. Tripozo will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies.

For hotel booking cancellations, Tripozo levies a cancellation processing fee of Rs 250 per room for domestic sector and Rs 350 per room for international sector. Remember that, this is in addition to the cancellation charges of hotel properties. Tripozo's fees are standard across all listed hotel properties.

Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.

Policy for Bus Booking Service
Tripozo only provides a technology platform that connects intending travelers with bus operators. It doesn't operate any bus or offer the service of transportation to the User. Tripozo also doesn't act as an agent of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.

The bus ticket booking voucher which Tripozo issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the bus operator regarding the seat availability.

The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability and any other details pertaining to the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and Tripozo has no control over such information provided by the bus operator.

Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the ticket.

Refund Timeline for Bus Bookings: Refund is processed within 2 working days or after receiving actual refund amount by the bus operator / provider whichever is later. In some cases it may take upto 7 -15 working days.
Policy for Train Booking Service
Tripozo only acts as a facilitator for booking of train tickets and provides intending travelers merely with a platform to search for desired train tickets to be booked through IRCTC. All bookings or train reservations made through Tripozo are subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions as set out by Indian Railways.

Tripozo has no control over the booking flow, scheduling/re-scheduling, cancellations, confirmation from RAC to confirmed, delays, meal and berth preferences or any other lack or deficiency of services. Liability, if any, for the above-said stands against the Indian Railways.

Change in boarding point and name of passenger are not supported by the Website. For complete information on ticket amendments please read IRCTC e-Ticket Amendment Scheme.

Train functionality on the Website will not be functional between 2345 hours to 0030 hours or as specified by IRCTC due to system downtime or any other reason beyond the control of Tripozo.

Current structure of train cancellation charges* are as follows,

Cancellation charge per passenger on confirmed (reserved) tickets*:-
  1. 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the train minimum cancellation charge
    1A/EC Class : Rs. 240
    2A/FC Class : Rs. 200
    3AC/CC/3E Class : Rs. 180
    SL Class : Rs. 120
    2S Class : Rs. 60
  2. Between 48 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled departure of the train @ 25% subject to minimum charge as per (A) above.
  3. between12 hours and 4hours before the scheduled departure of the train @ 50% subject to minimum charge as per (A) above.
  4. No refund after the above prescribed time limit.

Cancellation charge per passenger on WaitList Ticket / RAC tickets*:-
In case a RAC or waitlisted ticket is presented for cancellation, the refund of fare is made after deducting the clerkage charge of Rs. 60 per passenger plus GST if the ticket is present for cancellation up to thirty minutes before the scheduled departure of the train irrespective of the distance, mentioned IRCTC.

In case a train booking is abandoned by user after payment, or is dropped by Indian Railways / IRCTC due to user selected booking preferences not met, amount paid towards Payment Gateway Charges are ceased and are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline for Train Bookings: Refund is processed instantly in case of ticket cancellation done by user at Tripozo Website/App. In case of cancellation done by Indian Railways / IRCTC or by user through IRCTC, refunds are processed within 2 working days or after receiving actual refund amount by the Indian Railways / IRCTC whichever is later. In case of refund due to TDR, refund is processed after receiving actual refund by Indian Railways / IRCTC to Tripozo.
Policy for Holiday Booking Service
Refunds for holiday package bookings will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective package. Tripozo’s role is limited to facilitating the booking, and any refund will be subject to receiving the funds from the respective package provider. The convenience fee paid to Tripozo at the time of booking is non-refundable.

All cancellations should be communicated to Tripozo to initiate the refund process. Users should refer to the specific cancellation and refund policies of the package provider prior to booking.

For holiday package cancellations, Tripozo applies a cancellation processing fee of Rs 250 per passenger. This fee is charged in addition to any cancellation charges imposed by the package provider. In cases where Users make amendments to their bookings, Tripozo charges an amendment processing fee of Rs 250 per passenger. These fees are standard across all holiday package providers listed on Tripozo.

The refund amount will be credited to the original account used for payment. Please note that any discounts availed at the time of booking, including upfront or promo code discounts, will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable on partially utilized bookings.
