Such events may include disruptions/diversions of air services, floods, and earthquakes whether actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside the control of the party concerned. |

You will have to strictly follow the tour program. There would be no refund if you fail to join the group at the commencement of the tour, or join the group later or leave the group before culmination of the tour for any reasons whatsoever. You are responsible to register with the representative of the Company at the appointed date, place and time and you would be treated as a no-show if you fail to do so. Under no circumstances would any refund be given for any unutilized services. Passenger Obligation:
1. The RT-PCR negative test report is not required for the passengers who have taken two doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
2. The passengers possessing final vaccination certificate should carry the certificate while attending the activities for which RT-PCR report is made mandate. However those who have developed symptoms of COVID-19 shall undergo RT-PCR test and carry the negative result.
3. Passengers who visit the State for a short period for purposes like business, official, trade, medical, court cases, property management or any like purposes shall be mandatory required to carry RT-PCR negative report not earlier than 72 hours . RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
4. All passengers shall be required to register their details on https://covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in/ and obtain e-pass.
5. Upon arrival, passengers are required to show their e-pass to the Health Officials at airport.
6. All passengers intending to visit any other State or UT after entering Kerala shall be required to have the entry pass for Kerala and the State or UT s/he intends to visit.
